Good October To All!
With the Fall some exciting things are happening like…well, like this blog for instance. It’s still Greek to me, but gimme a few days and this puppy will be covered with INCREDIBLY important and useful information about the life and times of Rosemary Watson.
Briefly, however, tonight I am singing for the first time in a long while for a corporate event being held at the Natural History Museum in San Diego. Should be an interesting mix of insurance executives, jazz and bones.
I’m thrilled to be out there making music and am really happy I get to see (and hear!) my wonderful friend from LA, Octavio Bailly on electric bass. On the keyboard is none other than Mr. Mystery himself…Mikan Zlatkovich.
In the world of VOICEOVERS, I am recording like a fiend, almost everyday, for Ashley Furniture. Those spots are running nationwide on tv and radio. Other fun projects are also coming in which I will tell you about later, speaking of mystery.
I also finished voicing my first cartoon series, for toddlers, called Bommi & Friends. I am playing the part of a spazzy, cute cute cute blue dog named Yip. It’s an ensemble cast (13 – 30 minute shows) in which all the vo artists are all from San Diego and the art work is coming from India by the company, Image Venture.
