I broke down. I swore I wouldn’t ever do her on camera but I bought a brown Palin wig at the Halloween shop the other day while shopping for a wolf costume for my 3 year old. They didn’t have a bona fide Palin wig so the closest thing I could find was an ’80′s Mall Rat’ wig…I guess it was supposed to look like the lady on that HORRENDOUS sitcom Married With Children. I knew with some cutting and pruning I could get it to ‘work’, and think I’ve managed to do that…at least for video. The wig doesn’t actually cover my head. Maybe they meant it to go on a 3 year old? Anyway, if you’ve never cut a wig, it’s kind of an eery feeling. But I digress. It’s late and I’ve posted my video to my Facebook page…hoping that with some support from my friends I will have the confidence to post it on YouTube tomorrow. The whole Palin impersonation thing is frought with a lot of baggage for me…She brings up a lot of kinda tricky things for me…not politically but from a comedic/voiceover standpoint purely. I’ll go into at another time. Right now, it’s back to Pandora and Money Plus.
